We happily accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or your Money Order.

Shipping/Handling

Upon authorization, your order will be shipped within one to two business days. On rare occasions, exceptional circumstances will prevent us from doing so; in that case, we'll promptly contact you by email with your shipping date. Shipping rates are based on weight and to the area being shipped. Quotes are available.

Return Policy

We're pleased to be able to tell you we've never had a product returned to us yet! However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, you must return it to us with the original invoice within 15 days of receipt of the goods for a refund of the purchase price of the item(s), excluding original and return shipping costs. Costs will be refunded in the same method as the original payment, with the exception of money order payments which will be refunded by cheque.

Products

Natural products may smell, feel and look different from batch to batch, due to a variety of environmental factors. These variations do not affect the value or efficacy of the products. Enjoy!

Promotions/Contests

Materials submitted to Dunworkn for contest or promotional purposes will not be returned.
